Got a question, or is something in Dumpling not working? Write to us. This page also covers what people ask about most, with the exact place to find each one in the app.
Email support@getdumpling.app
A person reads every message and writes back. You can also start an email from inside the app: Settings, then Contact support under About.
Tell us which device you're on and what you were trying to do. If something looks wrong, a screenshot helps.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Where you manage Pro depends on where you bought it.
Bought in the app on iPhone or iPad
Apple bills the subscription to your Apple Account. To change or cancel it, open Dumpling, go to Settings and choose Manage subscription under Account.
You can also do it outside Dumpling: on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Dumpling.
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Bought on a computer
Open Dumpling on that computer, go to Settings and choose Manage subscription under Account. It opens a page where you can change or cancel your plan.
Cancelling never deletes anything. What you made stays visible, and you can still export or delete all of it.
Restore a purchase
Pro belongs to your Dumpling account, so signing in with the same account on another device brings it with you.
If you subscribed on iPhone or iPad and Dumpling still doesn't show Pro, go to Settings, choose Upgrade to Pro, and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the screen. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
Export your data
Go to Settings, then Data & Privacy, and choose Export data under Your data. You get everything in one zip file. Export works on every plan, including after you cancel Pro.
Delete your account
Go to Settings, then Data & Privacy, and choose Delete account under Your data. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone, so export first if you want a copy.
If you pay for Pro through the App Store, cancel that too. Apple bills it to your Apple Account, so deleting your Dumpling account doesn't stop it.
Delete your account has the full steps, and says what is removed and what we keep.
Report an AI response
If the assistant says something wrong, harmful or inappropriate, tap the flag button under that reply (Report reply), pick a reason and send it.
You can also email support@getdumpling.app with what it said and roughly when, and we'll look into it.
