No tags, no setup. It linked itself.

Watch it connect itself

While you take notes and check off tasks, Dumpling quietly wires everything together: people, projects, notes, and the things you said you'd do.

The whole system

A place for everything

Tasks are where it starts. Every view below is the same app, on the same data.

The Dumpling Today view, showing tasks, schedule, and the notes behind them
The Dumpling knowledge graph, with people, projects, and notes linked automatically
The Dumpling calendar, a day timeline with time blocks
Dumpling notes, with people and projects linked from the text
Dumpling goals, with progress fed by the tasks you finish
Dumpling statistics, showing completions, streaks, and focus over time

Today. Everything the day involves on one page: tasks, schedule, and the notes behind them.

Tasks · Calendar · Daily note

Tell it. It does it.

An assistant with hands. It creates, reschedules, and drafts inside your actual system, not in a chat window you then copy out of.

  • Move my 3pm.

    Rescheduled to 4:30. Calendar updated.

  • Plan tomorrow around the deadline.

    Six tasks time-blocked before noon.

  • Draft standup notes from today.

    Note created from completed tasks.

It remembers context between sessions, and you choose exactly what it can see.

Tasks, notes, people, and calendar in one app, and how they connect.

Designed as one thing.

For years the setup was a patchwork: a different app for tasks, for notes, for the calendar, for the people and projects tying them together. Each was great at its one thing, and everything else felt bolted on.

Dumpling was built as a whole from the start, so the tasks, the notes, the calendar and the people behind them all live in one place and work on each other.

“I got tired of maintaining five apps that refused to talk to each other, so I built the one I actually wanted to open every morning.”the founder

Questions

Where is my data stored?

On our own servers. It is never sold and never shared with advertisers, and you can export all of it at any time.

How stable is the beta?

The core is dependable: tasks, notes, calendar, sync. We run our own lives on it. Newer features still have rough edges, and you may meet the occasional bug. Updates land frequently, and your data stays exportable throughout.

Does the AI read all my data?

You control exactly what the AI can see. Toggle off any data type. Your data is never used for model training.

What platforms are supported?

Windows and macOS today; iOS and Android are in testing, and a web app is on the way. Native performance on every platform.

Why does Windows warn me during install?

The installer isn't code-signed yet, so Windows shows its “protected your PC” screen. Click More info, then Run anyway. The download comes straight from our servers over HTTPS, and a signing certificate is on the roadmap.

How is this different from Notion?

Dumpling is task-first and keyboard-first. Connections form on their own rather than being modelled as databases, the assistant carries out changes rather than only drafting text, and there is nothing to set up before you start.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. 50 active tasks and 10 notes, free forever. Completed tasks don't count toward the limit.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

Nothing disappears. Everything you made stays visible, goals, habits and contacts included, in read-only. You can still edit and complete your tasks and notes, delete anything, and export everything. Free limits only cap how much can be active at once.

What does "fair use" mean for the AI?

Pro includes a monthly allowance worth hundreds of conversations for typical use. If you ever use it all, the assistant switches to a lighter model until the month resets. It keeps working for any normal use, and there is never a surprise bill.

Can I import from other apps?

Import is on the roadmap. We're looking at common formats like CSV, along with direct integrations for the tools people already use.
