Watch it connect itself

While you take notes and check off tasks, Dumpling quietly wires everything together — people, projects, notes, and the things you said you'd do.

The assistant

Tell it. It does it.

Not a chatbot with opinions — an assistant with hands. It creates, reschedules, and drafts inside your actual system.

  • Move my 3pm.

    Rescheduled to 4:30. Calendar updated.

  • Plan tomorrow around the deadline.

    Six tasks time-blocked before noon.

  • Draft standup notes from today.

    Note created from completed tasks.

It remembers context between sessions — and you choose exactly what it can see.

One app for tasks, notes, people, and calendar — and how it all connects.

The story

Built without the compromise.

For years the setup was a patchwork — a different app for tasks, for notes, for the calendar, for the people and projects tying them together. Each was great at its one thing, and everything else felt bolted on.

Dumpling does the opposite — designed as a whole from the start, where it all lives and works together.

“I got tired of maintaining five apps that refused to talk to each other, so I built the one I actually wanted to open every morning.”— the founder

Before you ask

Questions

Where is my data stored?

Stored on our own servers — never sold, never shared with advertisers. Export everything anytime. Your data is yours.

How stable is the beta?

The core — tasks, notes, calendar, sync — is dependable; we run our own lives on it. Newer features still have rough edges, and you may meet the occasional bug. Updates land frequently, and your data stays exportable at every moment.

Does the AI read all my data?

You control exactly what the AI can see. Toggle off any data type. Your data is never used for model training.

What platforms are supported?

Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Native performance, not a web wrapper.

How is this different from Notion?

Task-first, keyboard-first. Auto-connections, not databases. AI executes, not just writes. Zero config.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. 50 active tasks, 10 notes — free forever. Completed tasks don't count toward the limit.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

Nothing disappears. Everything you made stays visible — goals, habits, and contacts included, in read-only. You can still edit and complete your tasks and notes, delete anything, and export everything, forever. Free limits only cap how much can be active at once.

What does "fair use" mean for the AI?

Pro includes a generous monthly allowance — hundreds of conversations for typical use. If you ever use it all, the assistant switches to a faster lightweight model until the month resets. It keeps working for any normal use, and there's never a surprise bill.

Can I import from other apps?

Import is on the roadmap. We're exploring support for common formats like CSV and integrations with popular tools.

Wrap it all up in one.
